Excavation reception and raft foundation reinforcement
In Pregny-Chambésy, CSDK Architectes is supervising two projects carried out simultaneously with the general contractor Veyrat-Sarasin: the construction of three adjoining villas (ANEA project) and a housing building (BETH project).
The excavation works have been completed, while insulation installation and raft foundation reinforcement are in progress.
These construction phases are being conducted in collaboration with the engineering office Pillet and the companies Rampini and LP Construction.
These technical interventions mark a structural milestone in laying the foundations, ensuring the quality and durability of the future buildings.
