Pregny-Chambésy site: weathertight and airtight

The Pregny-Chambésy site reaches a decisive milestone. Indeed, the three contiguous HPE villas are now both weathertight and airtight. As a result, the project is fully protected from the elements and ready to welcome the second-fix trades.

Previously, the teams completed the roofing, the waterproofing and the installation of the external joinery. The building envelope is now continuous, which stabilises interior conditions and secures the next phase of works.

In addition, this milestone marks the transition to a more refined stage of the Pregny-Chambésy site. The craftsmen will now focus on the façade finishes, partitions, surface treatments and interior fit-out, giving the ensemble its full architectural quality.
