Greenparc Sion: The Final Phase Is Delivered

Greenparc Sion reaches a key milestone: the final phase of the development has just opened its doors in Champsec. The first residents can now move in step by step to this new neighbourhood, whose story we traced in our first article.

Designed as a true piece of the city, the neighbourhood brings together eight buildings and 191 apartments, from studios to 4.5-room homes, all built to high energy-efficiency standards. Parking and utility rooms sit underground and free up the ground floors for wide green spaces: vegetable gardens, walking and cycling paths, play areas. A fitness room rounds out these shared amenities.
