BUILDING LAUSANNE

Demolition of an existing housing building in a degraded state and reconstruction of a new building near the city center of Lausanne. The objectives of this construction are a typological variety of apartments (from studio to 4-rooms) as well as high energy standards. Particular importance has been given to the exterior design of the project. Indeed, most of the apartments will have a garden or a balcony. Finally, the complex shape of the building adapts dynamically to the existing site and the constraints of the plot.
