Greenparc Housing

Located in the Champsec district of Sion, Greenparc is part of a major urban renewal initiative, transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant residential hub. The project consists of eight buildings comprising 191 apartments, from studios to 4.5-room units, all designed to meet high energy efficiency standards.

The buildings’ layout has been carefully studied to preserve views, limit overlooking, and create visual openings, while ensuring easy accessibility to the site.

Cars and technical infrastructure are confined to the underground level, freeing the ground floor for generous landscaping: vegetable gardens, pedestrian and cycling paths, green spaces, and playgrounds create a friendly and lively neighborhood atmosphere.

Between the delivery of the first structures and the completion of the remaining buildings, Phase I of the Greenparc project nicknamed “L’Arbalète” has come to an end. Phase II now continues its development with the same drive and precision.
